After immigrating to the United States for high school, John had no intention of following his parents into real estate. He pictured a completely different path. But after graduating in 2020, he discovered a genuine passion for the industry: the way properties create stability, opportunity, and real value. What started as curiosity quickly became full immersion. He jumped in hands-on, built his own portfolio of multi-family apartments and commercial projects, and never looked back.
Today John takes a deeply personal, hands-on approach with every client and every project. Based in Bellevue, his true home base, he lives and breathes the market every day. He knows Seattle and the surrounding areas inside out, and still does intensive on-site due diligence whenever he steps into a new or unfamiliar area. His goal is always the same: remove the stress of investing and deliver clear, reliable results for the people he works with. Real estate isn’t just business to John; it’s about building something solid for the long term, right here in the communities he cares about.
